The addition of backlit pedestal tops was a challenge in the design process to run low voltage wiring to 28 tops. We worked with our lighting contractor to design a mounting system to integrate the wiring.

Project Summary

For the Temory Group’s third bar in downtown Pasadena—a stylish new speakeasy—we were tasked with creating a distinctive and memorable back-bar feature. Over the course of several weeks, we collaborated closely to refine and finalize a design that perfectly captured the desired aesthetic.

Once the design was approved, we developed detailed shop fabrication drawings and completed the majority of the build on-site. Our scope included fabricating and installing the custom steel frame, powder-coated steel pedestals, translucent polycarbonate tops, and integrated lighting—bringing both function and ambiance to this unique bar environment.
