We had an amazing experience working with Joe at Demel Fabrications on a couple of commercial projects in the Bay Area and San Diego. One was a custom steel platform for boiler access, and the other was a custom staircase for a life science building connecting two floors. Both projects went as smoothly as anyone could hope for, thanks to Joe’s involvement from start to finish. Joe really took charge of the staircase project. He created detailed 3D renderings, worked closely with the structural engineer to make sure everything met the building codes, and even managed the floor modifications for the new opening. On top of that, he took care of all the paperwork for the City permits, making the whole process a lot easier. The communication was top-notch. Joe was always on top of things, ahead of schedule with design documents, quotes, and invoices. His proactive attitude kept everyone, from the engineers to the contractors, on the same page and moving forward. As for the quality, it was five stars all around. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were incredible, and both the platform and staircase turned out better than we expected. The installation was smooth and professional, no surprises. We’ll definitely be working with Demel Fabrications again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality metal fabrication and installation services.
