PROBLEM-SOLVING & ADAPTABILITY
After approval of shop drawings this project was fabricated and finish coated. At that point the design and coating system changed. We worked with the contractor to redesign 60% of the fabricated components and switch to a galvanized finish product.

Completed the project on budget
Project Summary
MMJ Construction engaged us to fabricate and install structural steel for a commercial-sized 1,600 sqft walk-in freezer for the Moreno Valley Unified School District. Our team developed complete shop drawings for review and approval by all relevant parties. Once approved, we fabricated all components in-house and coordinated with a local shop for the application of protective coatings. Following coating completion, we performed the on-site erection of the steel structure.

Demel Fabrication delivered a highly efficient and professional solution for our in-suite egress stair. From concept design through installation, their team was responsive, detail-driven, and adaptable. The prefabricated kit approach minimized onsite disruption and helped us stay on schedule. Their ability to meet code, coordinate with multiple teams, and execute cleanly on-site was impressive.
